Dear Shareholders, 

 
This is a brief update regarding our share structure.  The total O/S share count has recently increased by 2.5 million shares.  These restricted shares were issued as a fee for a loan extension  We used treasury shares rather than personal shares in order to prevent immediate market dilution.
