Eternal Image Sets Record for Sales Orders ^ Top

February 8th, 2008

Open Sales Orders for January Are Highest to Date

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETNL.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products including caskets, urns, monuments and vaults, today announced that it booked more than $203,000 in open sales orders as of January 31, 2008.

"This is a great way to start the year, said Clint Mytych, CEO, Eternal Image. Two factors really contributed to the jump. First, the addition of David DeAvila to our team as national sales manager has opened doors for our company and inspired us. And second, media coverage and marketing have consumers asking for our products by name and funeral homes are responding.

Looking forward, sales for February are expected to be on pace with our projections for 2008, he added.

The company also announced that revenue from the fourth quarter of 2007 was $150,000. This was due to delays in manufacturing that have since been addressed and resolved.

There is no doubt that this has been an educational process for the industry, and we know it is working as we speak with more and more funeral homes and distributors every week, said Mytych. Our pipeline continues to fill with product in nearly every line we offer which will keep us on track with our growing sales trends.

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETNL.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets, urns, monuments and vaults, today announced it has retired four billion shares of stock thereby reducing the companys total authorized share count to 1.8 billion shares.

Earlier this week we announced that we had submitted our application to the SEC for authorization to trade on the OTCBB. Todays stock retirement is the next step in helping position Eternal Image for this move, said James Parliament, CFO, Eternal Image. Our commitment to our stakeholders is firm: our goal is to always provide value. The new share structure will be:

Total Authorized (Number from Transfer Agent)   1,800,000,000

ETNL: New trading symbol triggered by reverse stock split became effective on January 15, 2008.

On Wednesday Eternal Image announced the filing of its SB2 Registration to the SEC. That same day the company implemented a reverse stock split (1 for 20) in order to better position the stock for OTCBB trading and to retire the four billion shares announced today. In compliance with SEC rules, the company also debuted a new stock symbol, ETNL, a standard step during a reverse stock split. Eternal Image Completes Form ''SB2'' and Submits it to the SEC ^ Top

January 16th, 2008

The SB2 is Now Available for Viewing in the SEC EDGAR System

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETNL.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets, urns, monuments and vaults, today announced it has completed the compilation of its SB2 registration and has submitted it to the SEC. The SB2 registration document is Eternal Images first major step towards submitting application for acceptance as an Over the Counter Bulletin Board (OTC:BB - News) traded stock.

"Hitting the go key to upload the application to EDGAR was a major milestone for our company, said Jim Parliament, CFO, Eternal Image. We have worked extremely hard to make this event possible. We have said all along that our goal is to be a company with a very long horizon; that we are here for the long haul, so to speak.

While we have been offering basic financial reporting as a Pink Sheet company, moving to the OTC:BB will allow us to formally become a fully reporting company. This will only make the stock more transparent for our increasingly sophisticated shareholders. It is the next step in what we believe will be a consistent series of steps to grow the company in size and maturity, he added.

The application and the accompanying exhibits are available for viewing by the public in the SEC EDGAR system.

The process of completing the SB2 document is long and complex, and includes the coordination of SEC attorneys, auditors, professional accountants and transcription services. In addition, an array of supplemental exhibits has also been organized in support of the SB2.

The internal process to build the SB2 registration statement required a long and involved six months, said Parliament. Now the SEC will begin its process, which we are told usually runs three to six months. We expect it will involve a good deal of back-and-forth between the SEC and EI as we answer questions and provide additional documentation and clarification. It is our goal to be on the OTC:BB this summer.

We are thrilled as a company to have reached this significant milestone, says Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image. This is a completed milestone in our master strategic plan which positions us for tremendous future growth and access to necessary growth capital, he adds. Clint also says that Eternal Image will continue executing on the fundamentals such as product development, brand license acquisition, broadening our distribution base, and increasing sales while the SEC considers our application.
