Eternal Image Corporate Officers Begin Acquiring Oustanding Stock ^ Top

October 19th, 2007

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image caskets, urns and other funerary products, today announced that its management team has launched a program to acquire outstanding shares of its stock on the open market.

According to Eternal Image CEO Clint Mytych, the program began yesterday (October 18), a day that saw more than 28 million Eternal Image shares traded, making the company one of the most active micro-cap stocks of the day. The company has outstanding 3.2 billion shares of common stock.

“This is a case where our management team feels our stock is clearly undervalued. The situation offers us a strong opportunity to reinvest in ourselves,” said Mytych. “We believe these actions will strengthen the company and the stock over the long term.”

The move comes as Eternal Image returns from a highly successful trip to the National Funeral Directors Association Expo held in Las Vegas last week.

“We might have launched this effort a few days ago but we have been processing the somewhat overwhelming number of calls and inquiries we received at and after the show. The launch of our newest lines – STAR TREK™ and Collegiate Licensing Corporation™ – as well as the expansion of our core lines into new products has kept the phones ringing,” added Mytych.

Eternal Image, founded in 2002, is headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI. The company is the first and only major manufacturer and marketer of licensed brand image funerary products. Currently, the company offers lines of urns, caskets and other funerary products that feature licensed brand images from Major League Baseball™, STAR TREK™, Precious Moments®, the Vatican Library Collection™ and Collegiate Licensing Corporation™, as well as pet urns showcasing the American Kennel Club™ and the Cat Fanciers’ Association™. Eternal Image Enters College & University Market Through Agreement with Collegiate Licensing Company ^ Top

October 4th, 2007

Some of the First Licensed Schools Include Purdue, Southern Methodist, West Point, LSU, Arkansas, Texas Tech and Syracuse

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image funerary products such as caskets and urns, today announced it has executed an agreement to design, manufacture and market a line of university branded funeral products across the United States. The line will include collector-quality urns, caskets, markers/memorials and vaults.

"This agreement came about because we were called by a university that wanted to expand its offerings to its alumni with a higher quality product and had learned about Eternal Image through the marketing of some of our other lines," said Clint Mytych, CEO Eternal Image. "Our subsequent discussions with Collegiate Licensing Company expanded the opportunity to other colleges and universities, and here we are with several licensing agreements that form the bedrock of what we anticipate will be a long-term relationship with institutions of higher learning."

Universities rely on alumni investment through donations and the marketing of memorabilia to help fund operations, scholarships and endowments. It is estimated that the retail market for collegiate licensed products will surpass $3 billion in 2007. Royalties from the sale of these diverse products support many university initiatives including scholarships, operations and athletic departments.

"The market for collegiate licensed products has expanded a great deal over the past ten years," said Missy Peterson, CLC's Non-Apparel Marketing Coordinator. "It has been gratifying to see the growth in product offerings and distribution channels. For many individuals, the collegiate experience is the foundation of their post-graduate life and their affinity for their university lasts a lifetime - and beyond."

EI expects the university category to grow greatly in the coming years.

"Colleges are seeking to offer graduates high-quality products and professional services, and we have the expertise they need," said Mytych. "Not only do we expect our relationship with CLC to expand, we are speaking with schools - some of them major universities - that do not currently have representation but are interested in offering similar products to their own alumni."

Building Q, a licensing and marketing firm headquartered in Medford, New Jersey, represented Eternal Image in the acquisition of the license.

(OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name caskets and urns, today announced that it has completed the GAAP Audit of its financial statements for its fiscal years 2004 – 2006. The company also revealed that it will soon commence the process of filing a registration statement on Form 10SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This will cause it to become subject to the reporting requirements of the Securities and Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, and therefore become a “fully reporting company.”

Eternal Image has released the Audited Financials along with the auditors’ report and a management discussion of those results on its website www.eternalimage.net

The formal audit establishes a benchmark for Eternal Image’s reporting and sales, taking into consideration finances for the last three years of operations.

“The completion of the audit is the most important step to date in our path to moving up to the OTC Bulletin Board,” said Jim Parliament, CFO, Eternal Image. “It is a very exciting time for us. The audit process was long – probably longer than anyone thought it might be – but that is what sometimes happens to young companies on their first audits. With the audit behind us, we are ready to take our next steps.”

Parliament added that Eternal Image expects to file the Form 10SB soon. Sometime thereafter, once it has been reviewed and has cleared comments by the SEC, the company expects to be approved for trading on the OTC Bulletin Board.

Eternal Image License with Cat Fanciers' Association(TM) Expands to Include Garden Memorial Stones ^ Top

July 24th, 2007

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of official brand-name caskets and urns, today announced that it has received permission from the Cat Fanciers' Association(TM) to expand its licensing agreement. The company, which is currently developing a cremation urn to feature the CFA logo will now be able to extend its agreement into memorial stones.

A recent survey showed that twenty-two percent of cat owners said they would purchase a memorial stone for the home or yard, to commemorate a pet's death," said Clint Mytych, president of Eternal Image. "Cat owners tend to own more than one cat at a time, and we expect that the stones will be a very popular and meaningful way to affordably remember each beloved pet separately."

Eternal Image's CFA urn design is currently in the first development stage. Additional information about this product will be available later this spring. The company also recently announced it will be expanding its agreement with the American Kennel Club(TM) to also include memorial stones.

Eternal Image Arranges Significant Private Placement Funding to Propel Next Phases of Growth ^ Top

July 23rd, 2007

In other news, audit process nears completion

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed image brand name caskets and urns, today announced it has arranged for private placement funding from a New York based private investment firm.

"The infusion of more than $1.2 million means we can accelerate our production and fill a growing backlog of orders, and we can continue to work to add new licenses to our roster," said Clint Mytych, CEO Eternal Image. "In addition, we will now be able to meet the next phase of forecasted demand."

This investment partnership will prevent a future upset in control of the company. Eternal Image management reports that they have already fielded calls from competitors and investment firms. The Company's legal counsel and SEC advisory counsel strongly suggested reorganizing the current share structure to simultaneously accommodate this funding and protect the Company from a hostile takeover.

"Under the current share structure, Eternal Image management controls less than 20% of the total Authorized Shares and the Company as a result is incredibly vulnerable," says Jim Parliament, CFO of Eternal Image. "The Company needs to increase its total Authorized Shares to provide enough Preferred Voting Stock to prevent any unwanted aggressive and predatory action in the open market against the Company," Jim went on to say.

The transaction will raise the authorized share level to 5.8 billion from 2.74 billion. Approximately two billion of the newly created stock is Restricted Preferred Voting Stock. This is not counted against the Total Outstanding Shares, and is registered as such that it only comes into play during a hostile takeover or buyout attempt. Much of the remaining shares will be distributed as Restricted stock to the investment firm responsible for this funding, as well as other Eternal Image managers who comprise the Company-held majority.

"This private placement investment is timed to help Eternal Image reach self-sufficiency as we begin the process of positioning the company to move to the OTC BB," Clint Mytych continued. "The time to set aside this block of Preferred Voting Stock is now, and Eternal Image is adequately protected to thwart any hostile market activity that may be taken against it."

In related news, the company continues to work toward the completion of its financial audit. According to Parliament, the process has included a regular flow of information back-and-forth between the company, its accounting firm and the audit firm. "As anyone who has ever been through an audit knows, it is a process of questions and answers, and it just takes as long as it takes. Everyone's first concern is accuracy. We expect it to conclude shortly."

Eternal Image plans to announce the results of the audit by news release and post documentation on its website, www.eternalimage.net, within 24 hours of receipt.

Eternal Image's Striking Art Deco Pet Urn Design Approved for Production by the Cat Fanciers' Association ^ Top

July 20th, 2007

First Shipment Anticipated In 4Q

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of licensed brand image caskets and urns, today announced that the Cat Fanciers' Association(TM) (CFA) has approved the design of the company's newest product, a pet cremation urn that pays homage to cats. The approval clears the way for Eternal Image to begin the engineering and tooling phases of the production process and the first shipment is anticipated for the end of 2007.

The Egyptian-style art deco design will stand eight inches tall and feature two feline figurines appearing to hold the urn in an upright position. The sculpture is inspired by the reverence the ancient Egyptians had for their cats, many of whom were entombed with royalty in pyramids. Considered the manifestation of the goddess, Bast, according to ancient Egyptian law anyone who killed a cat could themselves be sentenced to death.

"In many ways this is one of the most distinctive, artistic products we have offered to date, and we commend the Cat Fanciers' Association for their partnership in developing this design. We are confident this exclusive design will be exactly what cat owners are looking for to pay tribute to their lost pet," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image.

Owners can have a cat's name engraved on a plaque attached to the urn. In addition, a picture of the pet can be placed on the front of the urn in a photo frame. The face of the urn also features the CFA logo in distinctive black and white lettering.

"Cat owners today feel the same reverence toward their cats that the ancient Egyptians felt in their time, and many have sought a way to honor their pets' memories," said a spokesperson for the Cat Fanciers' Association. "This urn strikes the perfect balance between form and function, and we are pleased that Eternal Image is making it available."

Pet owners have had few options when it came to purchasing an urn or memorial product for their animals. The alternative was to buy a funerary product made for human remains that does not reflect the life of the pet they were honoring. Eternal Image changed this is late 2006 when it released its first pet product, an American Kennel Club(TM) urn for dogs. It was an immediate hit: the first shipment of the AKC urn was more than 50% pre-sold before it reached the U.S.; the reorder has been selling steadily this summer.

Eternal Image License with American Kennel Club(TM) Expands to Include Garden Memorial Stones ^ Top

July 18th, 2007

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Eternal Image, Inc. (OTC:ETIM.PK - News), a public company engaged in the design, manufacturing and marketing of official brand-name caskets and urns, today announced that it has received permission from the American Kennel Club(TM) to expand its licensing agreement. The company, which already produces cremation featuring the AKC logo will now be able to extend its agreement into memorial stones.

"We were recently made aware of an interesting survey," said Clint Mytych, CEO of Eternal Image. "Twenty-three percent of dog owners said they would purchase a memorial stone for the home or yard, making it the most common item a pet owner would purchase after a pet's death. This is a market niche that is untouched by licensed images, and again is a place where the American Kennel Club brand can enhance our success."

Eternal Image's AKC urns are currently en route from Asia and will be reaching distributors shortly. The first shipment in the line has been more than two-thirds pre-sold through AKC.org, Cherrybrook.com, and Dog.com.
